Meet Emily



Emily Torraca is the founder of Concierge Talent Services, a boutique recruiting firm built on the belief that great hiring starts with genuine human connection.

With more than a decade of experience in recruiting, business development, and talent strategy, Emily has partnered with organizations ranging from growing private companies to established industry leaders. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping companies identify exceptional talent in commercial interiors and constructio, healthcare, manufacturing, executive leadership, and other highly specialized roles where long-term fit matters as much as technical expertise.

After years of working within traditional recruiting models, Emily recognized a gap in the hiring process. Too often, searches focused heavily on resumes and credentials while overlooking the qualities that drive long-term success: communication style, leadership approach, cultural alignment, motivation, and relationship-building.

That realization led to the creation of Concierge Talent Services.

As a South Florida-based, women-owned business, Concierge Talent Services was founded to provide a more personalized and strategic recruiting experience—one built on trust, transparency, and thoughtful partnership. Emily combines modern recruiting technology with a relationship-driven approach to help companies make confident hiring decisions and connect candidates with meaningful career opportunities.
